Returns, refunds & exchanges are all a part of doing business.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return online purchase
You have 14 days to return an item from the date your received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unrolled and in the same condition as you received it.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
Once we receive your item we will notify you of your refund after inspecting the item.
Store purchase
You can not return of exchange an item that is bought in the store or an item that is customized.
